We hired Erika to conduct an interactive cooking class for our daughters 16th birthday. Erika was great with the girls and they all had an amazing time - all while learning to cook and about nutrition. Erika created a menu that was teenage friendly so the girls would really enjoy the food and experience.

52 Hours at Breakup Boot Camp

"Chef Erika cooked for us while away on retreat in Hudson with approximately 15 other women. Although the food was not the focal point of the retreat her meals were truly one of the biggest hits of the weekend. We all always looked forward to her healthy but yet delicious meals, snacks, and desserts! I'm already dreaming of the next time that my belly crosses the path of her cooking. She is a very talented chef and a total sweetheart! "

"Chef Erika cooked for a retreat I organized. Our communication and planning were straightforward. The menus were delicious and imaginative.  No one reached for salt or pepper - every dish was just right and full of flavor.  The person worried about the food being too hot was surprised that it was OK for her; the one with digestive problems had no trouble.  There were blueberries in the kale salad, there was a cake with plums and ginger, or one with hazelnuts and chocolate.  The meal set-up was convenient and everything went smoothly with Erika's way of working! I cannot recommend her highly enough! "
